What do you particularly like about working with us?
We appreciate the pragmatic and goal-oriented communication we can have. We can clearly and directly address the issues that concern us and our guests, and we receive incredibly fast feedback. As a clinic, we have patients who are in a unique life situation and may be even more sensitive or perhaps even more demanding than they would be in a typical hotel setting. The staff at Richter Housekeeping are empathetic and tactful and understand how to interact with this particular clientele. While one guest might require much more attention and support, another might need more space and to be left alone.
This requires a great deal of sensitivity and fine-tuning. This is very well ensured. Noticing small changes and abnormalities is essential and important, especially in our clinical setting, and we are always reliably informed of them.
This is more than just room service; it's attention to detail beyond mere technical cleaning.
What results have we been able to achieve for you so far?
The cleaning and preparation of our rooms is reliably ensured. Fluctuations in demand and additional (special) tasks are well handled.
Even when Richter experiences noticeable resource shortages, they react incredibly quickly and organize support. We've even had situations where office staff from headquarters helped us to reliably meet our needs. We – and even more so our guests – are truly grateful for that.

Emser Therme GmbH
Our Emser Thermen Hotel, opened in 2021, is a modern 4-star wellness hotel with 84 identical double rooms, a restaurant, and two bars. Guests can access the Emser Therme directly via a bathrobe corridor.
Since April 2025, Richter Premium Hotelservice GmbH has been responsible for the routine cleaning of our 84 double rooms. The collaboration is characterized by high quality, professional communication, and a genuine partnership based on mutual respect.
Richter Premium's industry expertise is particularly noteworthy: Specific requirements are identified and reliably implemented. Additional cleaning requests are always handled promptly and with great care. Communication is seamless at all levels – both with site management and with the company headquarters.
Due to their excellent performance, we have now also entrusted Richter Premium with all the window cleaning for our building. The noticeable improvement in cleaning quality has been particularly well received by our regular guests.
