Temporary staffing has become an increasingly important tool in the hospitality industry for workforce planning and staff scheduling. In recent years, the demand for qualified professionals has grown significantly, making flexibility and cost transparency key factors for hotel management when choosing to utilize temporary staffing solutions.

Richter Premium Hotelservice does not see itself merely as a staffing provider, but rather as a value-creating partner for its clients – and ultimately for their guests. Our employees, equipped with comprehensive training and a deep understanding of modern hotel services, make a significant contribution to the smooth and structured operation of hotel processes while actively fulfilling the role of hosts.

Richter Premium Hotelservice provides qualified personnel quickly and flexibly. All temporary employees are permanently employed by Richter Premium Hotelservice. As our client, you are relieved of all personnel-related costs and the usual employer obligations associated with employment contracts. You simply pay an agreed hourly rate for the hours actually worked. This saves you both time and money.

Equal pay and equal treatment

Within the framework of the German Temporary Employment Act (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz – AÜG), full legal compliance is ensured. Temporary employees are remunerated in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the temporary employment sector or, where required, the collective agreement of the hiring company, in line with the principles of Equal Pay and Equal Treatment.

A key advantage for your business is that both the collective agreement for the temporary employment sector and the NGG (Food, Beverages and Catering Union) collective agreement generally provide for lower wage levels than the collective agreement applicable to the building cleaning industry.

Official inspections and compliance audits can be handled without concern, as all employees are compensated in full accordance with applicable legislation and collective bargaining agreements.

No rigid contracts

Temporary employees have the same flexibility and can be deployed in the same way as your own staff, while eliminating the constraints typically associated with fixed service contracts. There is no need for additional supervisors or on-site site managers. Your dedicated Richter Premium Hotelservice staffing coordinator will work closely with you to determine your personnel requirements and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
