Our employees

Who we are
Ernst Jürgen Richter has been active as an independent entrepreneur in the hospitality industry since 1991. In August 2006, the company was strategically repositioned with the founding of Richter Premium Hotelservice GmbH. Headquartered in Bad Brückenau, Bavaria, Richter Premium operates throughout Germany and has also been providing its services in Austria since 2010.
A strong commitment to quality and a culture of partnership based on mutual respect are firmly embedded in our corporate philosophy and guiding principles. We believe that sustainable growth and long-term partnerships are far more valuable than pursuing market share or maximizing revenue.
We understand the challenges facing our industry. That is why we have consciously chosen not to regard our employees simply as human resources, but as our greatest asset. Our headquarters are located in the Rhön UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, a region renowned for its exceptional quality of life and its strong commitment to environmental stewardship. This unique setting inspires us to use our resources responsibly and to embed sustainability into everything we do.
The Rhön UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is home to a remarkable diversity of ecosystems and habitats. It provides sanctuary for numerous rare, endangered, and protected species of European significance, making the region an area of both national and international conservation importance.
As a company, we are committed to contributing to the protection of our environment through responsible and sustainable business practices.
In addition to our headquarters in Germany, we operate a second location in Schladming, Austria.

Together with our client and the IFD in Nuremberg, we launched the project "We Belong Here". The project aims to make participation visible, reduce prejudice, and demonstrate that diversity is an asset for everyone involved – employees, customers, society, and the company as a whole.
For us, INCLUSION is not an add-on, but an integral part of our corporate culture.
Inclusion has been a lived reality in our company for many years. People with disabilities are an integral part of our team and actively contribute their skills, experiences, and perspectives to our daily work. At various locations, we collaborate with the Integration Service for People with Disabilities (IFD), which provides us with support and guidance.
Our experience shows that inclusion works when openness, suitable conditions, and mutual respect come together. That's why we've been invited to various conferences and events to report on our practices and provide insights into the employment of people with disabilities.
